Feds warn: Stop muzzling employees on Facebook

Telling your employees not to trash the company or discuss their salaries and other information on Facebook and Twitter might sound like a smart strategy to many companies.

But by doing so they run the risk of breaking the law, according to the latest memo on social media policies in the workplace from the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
