Recently, I have been contacted by several small businesses looking for a PEO because their government contracts require them to offer workers compensation to their employees or contractors. That being said, I personally know nothing about how that relationship works.  I can put you in touch with a PEO that does, but I also came across this article from Small Business CEO that may help answer any questions you might have.  The article was written by Julie C.
